A. All inquiries or orders for products that we may receive from others in territory will be referred to our Agent during the effective period of the Agreement.
B. Agents enjoy Exclusive Agency Rights, we shall not, directly of indirectly, sell of Dohre products to territory through other channel than Agents. Agents shall not sell, distribute or promote the sale of any products competitive with of similar to products in territory and shall not solicit or accept orders for the purpose of selling products outside territory.
C. C.Sales Agreement Protection. Agents will have a one-year buffer period to reach our agreed sales. The transaction will be strictly in accordance with the agreed sales starting from the second year, otherwise we has the right to transfer the brand agency rights.

Products information, market report and more discount will be quarterly furnished to our Agents to promote the sale of products as much as possible.

A. Provide detailed electronic materials and other teaching documents.

C. Regarding after-sales, it is generally resolved through online meetings and emails. If there are special circumstances, we can send technicians and sales personnel to the local area, refer to “Technical Support”.
For OEM needs, there are special customization requirements and large transaction volume in the aerospace industry and automobile industry, we can directly send technical team to the local to assist.
